The organisers of Post Rás na mBan are delighted to announce a new collaboration with Hutchinson which sees the world famous tyre company named as the official backer of the event neutral service.
Hutchinson logos will be carried on the two neutral service vehicles supporting the riders in the international women’s stage race which takes place in County Clare from September 10th to 14th.
Hutchinson Neutral Service will be on hand to support any of the riders who need mechanical assistance during the six stage, 427km race which takes in some of the demanding and beautiful countryside on Ireland’s Atlantic seaboard.
Speaking of the news, An Post Rás na mBan Race Director Valerie Considine expressed her delight at forging an association with another leading international brand.
“This collaboration will help us to provide the best possible support for riders who come from all over the world to the race. Hutchinson and Rás na mBan is an ideal partnership at this team of exciting growth in women’s bike racing.”
The 2014 event is the ninth running of Rás na mBan in its current format and represents the 28th running of an international stage race for women in Ireland.
