Rás na mBan 2017 will take place in County Kilkenny, Ireland. The 12th edition of the race will run between Wednesday 6th and Sunday 10th September 2017.
Rás na mBan is the premier women’s cycling event in Ireland. In its current format it runs for five days with a total of six stages to a total of over 400km of racing action.
For 2017 the event will be headquartered for the second time in County Kilkenny in south Leinster.
Top international riders will be competing in 6 stages run over 5 days. In 2016, Rás na mBan saw an international field of 114 riders from 24 teams compete over the roads of beautiful County Kerry.
The sponsorship of An Post has allowed the race to move from strength to strength. We are proud to have developed this race into one of the most competitive and friendly stage races in Europe.
